For a room designed from scratch (excluding smaller spaces like foyers or powder rooms), we recommend clients be prepared to invest a minimum budget ranging from $20-50,000 per room on average depending on the specific scope within the space.

Design fee starting at $3,500 per room.

  • Next, I'll send you a detailed proposal that comprehensively outlines:

    • scope of work

    • design fee

    • suggested investment for sourcing items tailored to your project.

  • The Conceptual Design Phase begins with an in-depth Style Consultation. From there, we will:

    • design a broad, high-level mood board to help you envision the overarching style, vibe and atmosphere we're crafting for your space.

    • We will discuss this concept board and you will request edits during this phase.

    • Next up in our design journey, I'll provide you with spatial plans, a thoughtfully crafted furniture layout, and a virtual design to help you envision the space.

    • According to your feedback, I'll source out individual pieces similar to those from the Mood Board and the virtual design.

    • This service also includes access to exclusive selections from our to-the-trade accounts.

    • We will go over every fabulous and exciting detail at the final in-person, design meeting.

    • Sit back, relax, and leave all the complexities to us.

    • We handle every detail from ordering furnishings to receiving, storing, and delivering them to your doorstep.

    • We'll see the project through all the way to the end for the staging and finishing touches.
